Wanted to thank the Scouts, Parents, Family and Friends who took time to come out and support our first charity car wash. It was very successful for a first time endeavor. The Scouts, who will be recognized in the Ant Hill Times; worked very hard and I am very grateful they could be there. We had a lot of competition with Richboro Middle School and Girls Field Hockey both having car washes in Richboro. Our Scouts gave their all, not for their benefit but for the benefit of others which is a very honorable thing to do. A great example of Scouting at it's best. Thank you again.

At last Monday night's meeting Sue O'Neil from the Bucks County Housing Group came out to speak about their agency and who they help. One of the statistics the boys heard is that the average age of a homeless person is 9 -- very sobering information. I also learned that the mom with the 3 little ones we helped last year is currently a paralegal who can now support her family on her own. Great news!

Anyone who could not be with us on Saturday and would still like to give a donation can bring it to the next meeting they attend.

Thank You
